v. when igniting, you must carry a "four in one" gas detection and alarm device. Two people enter the kiln at the same time, one person observes the working state of the "four in one" gas detection and alarm device, and the other person checks the ignition state of the igniter. After confirming that the igniter is in normal working state, slowly open the gas valve, After ignition, slowly open the combustion air valve and enter the next ignition point after the combustion is normal. The ignition sequence exits from the inside to the outside in turn. After all combustion is normal, withdraw from the kiln immediately. If the "four in one" gas detection alarm gives an alarm during ignition, withdraw from the kiln immediately

VI. in case of power failure, the solenoid valve on the natural gas main pipe will automatically cut off the gas transmission, and the operator will immediately turn on the smoke exhaust fan, enter after running for at least 30 minutes, carry the "four in one" gas detection alarm, enter the kiln, close the burner valve in front of the kiln, and open the vent valve on the top of the kiln. When entering the kiln, if the "four in one" gas detection alarm gives an alarm, withdraw from the kiln immediately

VII. When the electricity needs to be ignited again, turn on the smoke exhaust fan before ignition, run it for at least 30 minutes before entering, carry the "four in one" gas detection alarm, enter the kiln, check whether the burner valve in front of the kiln is closed, confirm that all valves are closed, turn on the solenoid valve on the natural gas main pipe to ventilate the natural gas, and turn on the vent valve on the kiln top for minutes, and then ignite in turn according to the ignition operation procedures, Close the vent valve on the kiln top immediately after igniting the burner. New breakthroughs have been made in the fields of automobile, high-speed rail, aviation and industrial utilization during all the experimental periods. When the round sample is difficult to clamp without sliding, the burner will be removed from the kiln immediately after all the burners burn normally. If the "four in one" gas detection alarm gives an alarm during ignition, withdraw from the kiln immediately

VIII. The on-the-job personnel shall always pay attention to the combustion condition of the ignition nozzle and the pressure change in front of the kiln, detect the burner once every hour, and carefully, timely and accurately fill in the operation records
